Dr. Letantia Bussell is the Founder, Director and Supervising Physician of Beverly Hills Dermatology Consultants. She is a devoted and talented physician who has been practicing medicine in Beverly Hills and the Los Angeles area for 40 years. Since being in practice, she has carefully and personally trained her medical team in order to offer the highest quality of dermatological care to as many patients as possible. Dr. Bussell has pioneered her own patented dermatological treatments. She is an innovator in patient care solutions for conditions that are difficult to diagnose and treat. Dr. Bussell is also the originator of the Incredible Two-Stitch Mini Face Lift, as well as the new Bussell Button Lift. Dr. Bussell is committed to patient care and patient well-being by improving self image through dermatology. She was a chief clinical investigator for the original collagen wrinkle-improving fillers in the early 80's. Her practice encompasses cosmetic facial treatments using the latest filler and wrinkle-reducing techniques, which have evolved from her clinical trials with collagen.

Hi there! I’m Erica Shoulson, a board-certified Physician Assistant passionate about delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care. I love helping patients feel confident in their skin while making sure they feel heard, comfortable, and informed every step of the way. I earned both my Bachelor and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Hofstra University, graduating Cum Laude. My training included diverse clinical rotations across dermatology, surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, OB/GYN, and urgent care, giving me a well-rounded foundation to care for patients of all backgrounds. My passion for dermatology grew during my elective rotation at Schweiger Dermatology Group, where I gained hands-on experience managing common skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss, along with performing full-body skin exams for skin cancer screening. I am trained in procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, intralesional injections, and assisting with minor surgical procedures, always prioritizing patient comfort and safety. I also have a strong interest in patient experience and communication, reflected in my graduate research on patient satisfaction in telemedicine versus in-person care. I believe that clear communication and education are key to achieving the best outcomes, and I strive to make every visit approachable, informative, and personalized. 

Hi there! I’m Lauren Julian, a certified Physician Assistant dedicated to providing thoughtful, high-quality dermatologic care. I’m passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin while creating a comfortable, supportive environment where they feel heard and cared for. I earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Creighton University School of Medicine, where I trained across a wide range of clinical settings, including dermatology, surgery, and other procedural specialties. This diverse background has given me a strong foundation in patient evaluation, procedural care, and collaborative treatment planning. At Beverly Hills Dermatology Consultants, I focus on comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. I evaluate and manage a broad range of skin conditions, perform in-office procedures such as biopsies and cryotherapy, and assist with aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, fillers, and laser therapies. I place a strong emphasis on natural results, patient safety, and individualized treatment plans.
